The reason that people decide to become members of Walpole Country Club can be summed up in three simple words.

The golf course.

Often referred to as the “hidden gem” of eastern Massachusetts, Walpole CC has become a lot less hidden in recent years, hosting the 2009 New England Open and scheduled to host the 2012 Massachusetts Open.  The Club’s championship layout and impeccable conditioning have made it a prime site for such Massachusetts Golf Association events as the Mid Amateur, the 4-Ball, and the Junior Championship, as well as for the U.S. Amateur Qualifier and the New England Women’s Golf Association Championship.

But as fine a track as Walpole CC is for elite tournament play, its moderate length and versatility make it equally suited for the average (and “potentially average”) player as well.

While people may join because of the golf course, they stay because of the golf course…and the friendships.

Walpole Country Club is a place where long-lasting relationships are built…a place that our members soon come to think of as their “home away from home.”

Our memberships span the ages, from junior to senior members, with programs suited to each group and categories offering a range of cost/benefit combinations.  There is a full social calendar, including events geared for families and children.
