The Intermediate category is available to those who are between the ages of 21 and 39 and consists of an “A” and “B” level.
The Intermediate “A” level is available for those between the ages of 21 and 39 years old. The 2022 annual dues for this category would be $6,110. They would have $275 per quarter minimum spending requirement. They would be required to pay any Operational Assessments and Capital Assessments which for 2022 are $100 each month. They would not have voting privileges. Between the ages of 21 and 29 they would receive a $500 per year credit toward their initiation fee requirement and from 30 to 39 this would increase to $1,000 per year. This level Intermediate Member would have full access to the course on weekdays and weekends. They would be eligible to play in all tournaments.
For those between the ages of 21 and 29 years old the annual dues for the Intermediate “B” level would be $3,860. From the age of 30 to 39 this would increase to $4,860. They would have $275 per quarter minimum spending requirement. They would be required to pay any Capital and Operational Assessments. An Intermediate Member would not have voting privileges. Between the ages of 21 and 29 they would receive a $500 per year credit toward their initiation fee requirement and from 30 to 39 this would increase to $1,000 per year. An Intermediate Member would have access to the course on weekdays and after 1:00PM on weekends. They would be eligible to play in weekday tournaments, Family Day, Mixed Events, or at the discretion of the Board of Governors.
The Initiation Fee for this category would be $15,000 and due upon turning 40 years of age. Any credit earned during the years spent in the Intermediate Categories would be subtracted from the $15,000. The balance would be split into six equal annual payments. A person in the Intermediate Category could request a move to a full “A” or “B” membership prior to their 40th birthday. Such requests would need approval from the Board of Governors. The balance of the Initiation Fee would be paid on the same schedule as detailed above. Annual dues for this category would be subject to any nominal increases approved by the Board or Membership. There is a cap on this category as determined by the Board.
